The same wheel/badge combo can be seen here. I guess we're getting a comp orange Bullitt too. ;)

I see their readers and other forums are just as gullible.
Funny, I just noticed that on my own. I'd seen those pics before, but just hadn't noticed the wheels. I was going through and showing my Daughter all the various colors and happened to notice them in the CO thread.

I'm constantly amazed how little research these guys do before putting up an article.... one look at the brakes would tell you that's not a GT.

^^Even without that little confirmation about badges, there's plenty of reasons why it wouldnt be (see posts above).

As long as Guard is available, I doubt we see a new Bullitt. The color is obviously close enough to DHG to fool some people although to my eyes it really looks very different.

Or, you know, the missing 5.0 badge on the sides. :D

How about one in Ingot Silver. You know, a Silver Bullit?

A Bullitt Mustang wouldn't have the 5.0 badge most likely, just like the previous ones were real stealthy with almost no badging. The fact that it's missing is actually a reason why it would be (if it were a V8) but I think the other members here have pointed to enough good reasons why it's probably just a V6 Guard.

and BTW that looks nothing like DHG. Not even close.

Good point. I had forgotten that the previous Bullitt didn't have the 5.0 badge.

The previous Bullitts didn't have 5.0 engines in order to receive a badge either.

Doh indeed. I'm just "off" today all around. The last one was a 4.6L, wasn't it...

You've heard heard of School Bus Yellow, this is school bus Guard :D

I suspect what looks like misty-rain is making the paint look rather dull.

Both the 2004 and 2008 Bullitts were 4.6l, one a 2V the other 3V. The original was a 6.4l.
