Just picked up a 2017 LB GT350R with 83 miles on the clock. Awesome vehicle!!! I'm not one for posting on forums, but this car is that impressive to me I felt i needed too, not that most of the people on here don't already know the car is awesome. I went to 1 cars and coffee with it along with a couple of other car buddies and I was amazed at the attention it received. There was even a Porsche GT3 owner there that was very complimentary of the car and actually seemed to know quite a bit about it. I live in the Northeast so unfortunately it'll be sitting with it's new sibling (2004 Cobra) until spring now, unless we get some unexpected warm days, particularly with the Michelin Cup 2s, which by the way if there are any track guys out there that want a set of Cup 2s message me because I don't plan on tracking the car so I'll be looking for a different tire set up. In fact I've been searching the internet and it seems I'd have to get 325/30 on the back because Michelin is the only manufacturer that makes the 315/30. If anyone has changed from the Michelins to some other set up I would welcome the feedback. It will be a street driver with some spirited driving occasionally so the track tires won't be necessary. Outside of window tint, the driver side catch can, and the Xpel wrap, it'll be stock like my cobra. Well, thanks for letting me share and I look forward to learning more about the vehicle through the forum and the many miles of enjoyment soon to come from this awesome machine.

I have pics and once I figure out how to post them up, I'll proudly share them. What car guy doesn't like to share pics of his bad*#s ride? LOL

Thanks. Funny thing was, I was looking all over the country for a low mileage R, electronics package, non tracked, or a new without a ridiculous mark up (unicorn - LOL) and I actually saw a new one in PA, but I believe a member on here got it the day before I called. So I continued my search and came across mine which was not to far from me, just over the CT line. Car still had the plastic on it inside and it had been completely wrapped in Xpel. Wanted something other than black because my cobra is black and even though it looks great, it's a lot of work. This LB is not common and imo it looks awesome in the light as well as the shade, almost like 2 different colors. Regarding the spring, it seems like time is standing still. LOL.

Congratulations on the car! I am also located in ct and only know of one other 350r owner in the state. Will have to meet up in the spring if your interested. Great color combination ..I have black and it’s tough to keep looking clean all the time.

Welcome to the party!

I have MP4S tires on a square set up (305's) on my CF wheels and they work great, would recommend them. If you are letting the Cup 2's go, I'll take them and will pay shipping.

This is a great forum and you'll get all your questions answered and more.

Thanks. Meeting up in the spring I'd be up for, you are not by chance the black one that has been to the New Canaan Caffeine and Carburetors?

Thanks for the welcome. The 305's are too stretched in the back? PM to discuss the Cup 2's.

Here's some pics. Hopefully they uploaded correctly. Last one with my cobra shows the tints which is a great contrast to the rest of the black on the car.

I went P4S in 325/30. Seems to be the less popular route for non-SC2s on Rs.

The tires do stick out slightly. But with the 305/30 and 325/30 setup, at least the sidewalls are flat to the rim. I think I'd notice that more than the tires sticking out slighty. Only notice when standing at certain angles.

^ track alignment would help with that wheel poke, it did for me and looks so much better, bonus is longer tire life IF you track occasionally

Appreciate the recommendation. Any additional pics from different angles by chance? Thanks in advance.

What is the "track alignment" and how does it help with the wheel poke if running 325/30 in the rear? Thanks for any additional input.

Great and yes that would have been my car. Went with a friend who has a white and blue stripe 350r...classic colors.
