When did I prove your point? quote me on it. I mentioned the 335i once in my first post, along with the m3's and m5's. But somehow, you missed the entire point of that post and keep referring to my current 335i. I'll ask you this again, did you not see when I said that I have owned an e39 m5, two e46's, and one e60? Or when I said I had quite a few friends with e90 & e92 m3's? Or are you going to come back to my 335i again

It's like writing a PhD level essay in high school but getting an F on it because I misspelled one word lol.

And we're still talking about stock power levels on the e92 m3. Add some more power to it and...well you and I both know what will happen. :(
I actually missed your posts about your previous BMW that's my bad. I feel for you if you had to deal with an E60 M5.

With that said none of them are e92 M3. What problems did your friends have? Only problems I know about are ICV which was fixed free, maybe a throttle actuator, and rare cases of rod bearing failure.

To say the GT350 is 100% more reliable than it at this point seems a bit premature. I've read about plenty of issues while researching a purchase.

Ive owned more Mustangs in my life than BMWs.

997.2 GT3 RS and a GT350 - that right there is the perfect garage. Post photos when you've got them together. You're smart to be in a GT3 RS financially as well - only going up.
I will! My rs is grey black / red and my 350 will be avalanche. Planning to have it wrapped in xpel stealth but I will see when it arrives. I didnt know when I purchased the rs that it would appreciate like they have. The problem now is I like it too much to sell it. I guess it will depend on if Porsche does a manual in the 991.2. I know the PDK is faster but I think Id miss a manual. Thats a huge part of what drew me to the GT350.

Main bearings, my cousin had a rod bearing issue, Fuel purge valve, throttle valve actuator, etc. If you're ever in the Bay Area, come out to some of the meets (schedules are usually posted on e90posts). Most of the times, the owners will be very honest with you. But keep in mind that all these e92's were under the 100k miles range. Majority of them being in the 60k mile range. My cousin's was at 35k miles (thank god for warranty).

I'm not saying that the gt350 is 100% more reliable. I will say that coyote/ voodoo mustangs in general are more reliable than the e90/e92 m3.

And yeah man, the e60 was a horrible choice. I guess I just got caught up in the intoxicating v10. The e39 felt much lighter and more nimble on it's feet. Plus, it's one of the best designs by bmw! I would organize my favorites in order: e30 m3, e39 m5, e92 m3, e46 m3, e60 m5 (don't buy it lol). I've never driven an e36 m3 or any m6 so I can't speak for them  and call me crazy but I love the e38 7 series (I love it design wise anyways lol) I know this whole paragraph is off topic on a ford forum but hey.. we can respect all cars right?
