LMR does not charge shipping and anyone NOT in TX does NOT pay tax, so why would anyone want to buy this for $400 and get no guarantee?
You bought it and obviously opened it from it's packaging (it automatically become used at that point) and now you want to recoup your cost and charge someone to have it shipped and charge them an equivalent to a tax.
