That looks great! I like the stitching as well-it's the one area that I wish was stitched on my interior to match the rest of the premier trim.

Looks sick, can't wait till mine comes.

If it isn't thick enough I'll have it reupholstered.

I would have put on a nice MOMO steering wheel but since you need the steering wheel to control the center display this is a nice route.
Hey
Can you tell who/where you can have that done (reupholstered) ?
I am not gong to be installing mine for a while so definitely would be interested in having it "thickened" before I do.
I recall a thread on here started by a guy who was thinking about modifying the stioxk wheel but iI can't find it.
I think he would have a lot of business if he sold modified stock or GT350 wheels with a core chargé.

how tough is the installation? and whats the price on this?
Installation was maybe 30 minutes. Simple installation. And I paid $242 + tax.

jealous!!! my biggest fear is removing that airbag? how was removing the airbag?
I don't mind the removal of the airbag, but I get nervous as hell when it comes time to plug it back in. Getting the airbag out of the 2015 Mustang is probably the easiest car I have ever done it on, quickest too. It is just held in with 2 metal springs that I used a long hex key to release.

JPM Coachworks is a place I know of. They have done a number of custom interiors for cars that have been destined for SEMA.

The wheel looks amazing in your car, wow. Do you have ACC on your car?
:D

I do not have ACC.

Honestly, none of that should matter. The buttons should all swap over without issue.

I can't say for sure quite yet but from what I can see it should!! From what I can see our paddle shifters are self contained/molded into that black plastic piece that is removable and therefore transferable!
Any instructions on how to remove the paddle shiffters? Thanks!

Nice looking wheel upgrade and I agree with the other fellow Audi/VW drivers on here, they really know how to make a good thick flat bottom steering wheel !!!

Thanks man.
I just sent him a PM to see if he can " thicken " this wheel before I install it.
I would also be interested in sending him a stock wheel to thicken .

I do see what the other guy was saying about it not being a "true "flat bottom.

Compared to the wheel of my S4-it is not very flat.Lol

Audi's steering wheels are my favorite .
