Says it ships in 1-3 days when I just went to it.

If I will to order this, would my Ford dealer install it for me?
They we'll probably email you Tom saying they are on back order. Just because it says on the site doesn't really mean much.
They will install it for you, but will charge you a lot for it.
If you lived around me if install it for you as I work at a dealer as a tech.

So, just something i noticed. I think all the Wheels that have been gotten so far are from the regular 350 model? I think the R version has the alcatara on the 3/6 position and top and bottom are leather.

There's no other version available currently.

For everyone wondering what the install is like, it is simple. The only thing I had to figure out was removing of the airbag. There are 2 little holes on the left and right sides of the steering wheel, you just need to shove something small in there to press on a clip that holds the airbag in. Once the bag is out, everything else is held in with screws and is completely self explanatory. You will also need a 24mm (or 15/16") socket to remove the steering wheel bolt.

A DIY is NOT needed.

But for those that need their hands held...

1.) Disconnect battery.
2.) Locate 2 holes on the side of the steering wheel behind the airbag.
3.) Insert small metal object (such as a hex key) into holes to remove airbag.
4.) Unplug the airbag wires.
5.) Unplug main steering wheel harness from clockspring.
6.) Unbolt steering wheel.
7.) Remove every screw you see and out comes the buttons and trim.
8.) Reverse these instructions to reinstall.

But really, I am still finding lots of places that will let you order it. Just because autonation has stopped selling it does not mean other dealers wont.

And I can still add it to my cart and checkout on the actual ford parts site.
Hmm, this is interesting. I wonder if the 2016 GT hood would fit as well...a thicker GT350 steering wheel & hood blinkers on the '16 Ecoboost would be sweet!
