It looks like it has a bigger opening.

The opening in the grill is larger and rectangular. How is it different?
I think your post is directed at me. I'm used to seeing an odd, non-rectangular opening in the grill where there are two larger areas on the ends. Here's a couple photos of the show R at Detroit. It's not the most clear image of the grill I've seen in a photo, but I got tired of sorting through all the photos on here. Most of the time the grill is in partial or full shadow, which makes it a little difficult to see the opening. I outlined it in red in one of the images. Not seeing it. Looks exactly the same to me.
Yeah you're probably right.Jeeze, sharp eyes!
That black car was one of the early prototypes running around with all the heavy camo. Anything's possible but most likely, they just settled on the current opening after that car was made.
They're telemetry, OBD and data recorder plugs. All prototype cars have them and this is just an old test car still being used.Is this an old photo...Im mean what are they trying to hide? the cars is every where....on the internet and car magazines....
Great f@ckin' eye!!! I have no idea why that is like that. The opening in the grill is larger and rectangular.
looks about the right size for an intercooler... tho i think that would go in the lower part of the facia... maybe a bit more airflow to cool some turbosGreat f@ckin' eye!!! I have no idea why that is like that.
Again, great eye!! I have no idea why it's like that...This one has a couple of on/off switches and one that looks like it says fuel drain
