Can anyone tell me the difference between the FP GT350 manifold (M 9424-M52) that retails for $1086 and the OEM GT350 manifold (GR3Z-9424-C) that retails for $639?

One might be an older part number

Possibly, although the GR3Z-9424-C is still the part number for the manifold on 2018 GT350s.

I assume the FP version has significant internal changes to make more power for the extra $450 they are charging. Has anyone tested it vs. the vanilla intake?

I doubt there's any real differences. The more expensive shows it fits 15-17 coyote engines, whereas the the cheaper only shows its compatible with the 5.2 voodoo.

Could just be the vacuum lines to make it more plug and play.

In 2018, the GT350 air intake manifold assembly got a new passenger side position sensor and dropped the vacuum lines for provision of 'clean' air to the solenoids in favor of simpler caps on the solenoids but there was never a change to the manifold internals. Same good stuff inside.
