yes, the mmr adapter will do fine, and you shouldn't need to run the vortech spacer, the mmr should be big enough to take place of the vortech spacer

Found it. Look at post 27; I believe. Shows the vacuum tap for the BOV, the block, and the IMRC from the rear of the manifold
