I got 20” wheels. Will that work?
It all depends what the offset is on the wheels. I'm going to guess that they will not work. Most don't work, you need to have a specific offset to clear the calipers. You might need spacers and may even need longer wheels studs. The GT350 calipers are huge.

I’ve ordered some front gt350 calipers with adapters for my 2016 mustang gt. what type/size rotors and pads do I need. And also since I’m getting gt350 brakes for the front and keeping the rears the same. Will the braking be balanced or no ?
IMO send them back. This is a bad idea and if you have to ask if the braking will be balanced you aren't driving the car in a way to need a brake upgrade.
