Does anyone already installed the Ford Racing GT350 Brake kit M-2300-Y on a 2018 Mustang GT using the GT350 wheels? Does this combination fit under the GT Body?

I ordered a set from Levitown Ford for my '18. According to them, the kit fits with no issues. As for the GT350 wheels, the rears will be fine but the front might have some poke.

Yeah the GT350 front fenders are wider than the GT. MRR and SVE make replica wheels that fit the GT properly tho.

It will work just as well as it does on the 15-17, not much different there with the 18.

Brakes will fit, but wheels will poke out a bit.

We had a customer do this exact thing, paired with our 19x11" ET52 EC-7's all around and he is very pleased, running a 25mm spacer up front for strut clearance, plenty of room in the barrel for the calipers, and no poke. The car stops and turns much better than before :)

Just a warning...

We did the kit install yesterday and found out that the barrel of my 19" P51 wheels will not clear the front calipers. Apparently, the GT350 and GT350R front calipers are different.

My guess is that the GT350R 19" carbon fiber wheels have thin walled barrels?

Now I'm in the process of purchasing 20" wheels and tires......:crying:

The calipers are the same between the GT350 and the GT350R, only difference is the color.

You do not need to purchase 20" wheels, you just need to find the correct design :) Our 19" wheels have MORE clearance than the OEM GT350/R wheels. Up to 7mm more in certain areas.

Here are some images of our 19s clearing GT350 calipers

Thanks Cory!

Unfortunately I live out here in the boonies (aka. Taiwan). I'm having some local wheel manufacturers *wink* come take measurements. Need to get the car off the lift asap.
