GT PP1 Wheel.... will it fit in trunk?

Hi. This is my first post. I just bought a convertible GT six speed with the PP one package. I love the car BTW. I know there’s a spare rim I can purchase that will fit over the front or rear brembos. My question is will the front or rear wheel fit in the trunk should I need to use the spare? I would rather not have the fix a flat. Thx

Good question...It will be heavy to lift out if it does.

That’s good to know. If it didn’t fit there would be no need for the spare, unless the flat would be left on the side of the road. Lol

My front 255/40/19 OEM PP wheel fits *snuggly* in the wheel well. Not all the way to the bottom, but definitely goes in 3/4s of the way. I then place a big foam mat (kinda like the ones used by karate or gymnastics places) on top of that and it provides a flat spot to put other stuff while hiding the wheel itself. It's not perfectly flush with the trunk floor, but much better looking and still am able to fit stuff in there.
