GT PP engine knock/ping/tick?

Update: DS-head did not fix noise. Ordering the PS-head. Called Ford Customer Service and was told it will take one business day for them to call me (today). It was instantly escalated due to what I have been through already. Looking forward to seeing what they have to say and any ideas they may have. Dropped it off on the 4th, 24 days ago.

Update: DS-head did not fix noise. Ordering the PS-head. Called Ford Customer Service and was told it will take one business day for them to call me (today). It was instantly escalated due to what I have been through already. Looking forward to seeing what they have to say and any ideas they may have. Dropped it off on the 4th, 24 days ago.

First update. Got a call from my dealer today and they claim they can't reproduce the noise. I sent them 3 different YouTube videos of my car making the noise but they still claim they can't get the car to make the noise in the video. I Told them to get another mechanic to listen for the noise because it make the noise 100% of the time :(

Another update... Ford service called again today and said they were not able to get the car to make an abnormal sound. I Asked them like 3 different times what does that mean. Does that mean you can get it to make the same noise and you deem it not abnormal or were not able to replicate the noise at all. Their response was not able to reproduce an abnormal noise.. Ford is really starting to piss me off :(

Sounds like you need to go there and listen along with them so you can point out the noise.

Hey guys ive got a black gt premium and im actually partially deaf (too mich shooting without ear plugs i guess), anyways im worried my engine might develop this problem and i wont ever hear it ya know? The car runs fine as far as i can tell, but i was wondering if i were to post a video would anyone be able to tell me if they can hear it or not?

Have them pull 2 different new GTs from the lot and line them up next to your car. Show your car making the noise and the others not. Tada! That's how I did it
