Some other guy griping about this same issue said he found that his tire was hitting the inner fender liner, which was sagging.

Interesting that FORD said something similar in your case.

Didn't fix a thing, though, right?

I'm going to take mine in again soon here, and if I get a solution, I'll try to remember to post here for.

Did not fix a thing. I took my Ford tech buddy for a ride last night and he said it seemed like something in the brake making contact, whether it be a clip or a pad from wheel deflection. I will be pulling my wheel off and checking everything over before taking it to the dealer and making a suggestion
