grinding like noise

need some help determining what my problem is, there is sometimes some driveways that i go up and my car starts making like a grinding noise and i know those driveways are not too high, it comes from the rear (lowered on steeda progressives only when this started happening ) any thoughts? or is it just im too low? but i dont feel i am?

and another question ive been having a creaking noise when reversing or putting in reverse it sounds from the top since ive had people stand outside and couldnt hear it any thoughts? (progressive, pro actions non adjustable,swaybars)
