When I purchased this car, it had grill lights on it and at the time, I thought they worked, but they don't. Any suggestions on where I can check to find out why they don't turn on?

What you have appears to be the "RTR" grille with the LED "halos". You can try looking online to see if a PDF doc exists for that specific part which would have the wiring instructions.

Do keep in mind there are knock off versions of nearly everything out there for any year Mustang so it might not be an RTR unit but "looks like" one.

I would start first by checking for blown fuses in the interior fuse panel. This is located on the passenger side behind the kick panel. There is also another fuse block under the hood on the driver side, but usually any blown fuses that are linked to the lighting/interior would be found in that interior fuse panel.

Pop your hood, pop off the black plastic radiator shroud (it's only held on with black plastic pins). Once that is removed you may find the wiring from that grille unit and be able to trace it too.

That's all I have for help. I don't have the accessory like that, so maybe others who do can offer more guidance.

The previous owner installed eBay RTR style lights on my GT but never connected them. I made my own harness for them and wired them up. They turned on. I went for a 20 second test drive at night to see how they looked and… they burned out lol idk what happened honestly. One doesn’t turn on anymore and another only has 2 LEDs working
