So I was trying to search but did not really find anything.

Have not really seen any pics with Fog Lights in the lower part of the grill (Lower Grill).

I have seen some folks do the fogs in the upper grill area with lights on either side of the pony emblem which look really good but I was thinking 2 round lights in the lower grill (yellow color) would look pretty good.

It would have to be the right size and spaced out just right for it to look good I think and finally they would need to of course be independent of everything else as far as turning on/off.

Any Pics and any thoughts on that?

Unless you're planning on removing the current fogs from where they are, you want to run 4 circular fogs on the lower part of the fascia? I'd need to see a photoshop of that. My main reason for getting the Roush fascia was moving the fogs to the middle

I would keep my existing fogs where they are but get slightly bigger ones for the lower grill and i think I would like them a little more closer to the middle...just inside the V...kind of like the Eleanor look now that I think about it.
