My son is turning 18 & wants to get a green card, can anyone suggest any ways for him to get one (not marriage ;) )

Just need a bit of advice really!

Maybe a work sponsor with Mustangs? He knows a LOT for a UK boy ;)

Well, he can either work under work visa H1b like what I am doing and have the company sponsor for green card or he could get it through marriage.

Green card through marriage for a guy is just demeaning to me. Also getting married at age of 18 is stupid.
Maybe he can come here for collage and find a job?

Well, first you need to find a company that would sponsor for both. You need to get work visa first then start the green card process.
The green card process should take about 6 months before actually getting in line to get a green card. In this 6 months, the immigration will do background check, and job survey making sure the candidate has special skills in his position that can't be replaced by American workers.
For people from UK (not china and india), there should be no waiting period.

That is gonna be tricky. You gonna have to ask specific companies because these information are normally not public.
