No one can answer "why" for you. Just go see the car and do your due diligence. It looks like a nice car, California Special no less, and the price does seem more than reasonable. It is a relatively high mileage car so make sure to get it checked out before buying.

Price does seem a little low for todays market. It’s 6 years old with 64k miles, about 10k per year, below the average which I believe is 15k per year now. Pics look alright, all though no engine pics. May be worth a look at. It looks clean, but may be worse in person.
