Yes, think it was jhatley7 , but that was on an extended 1/2 mile pull I believe... and I don't know about the intercooler setup.

Here is a picture of cooler in the trunk that runs to the Whipple then the oversized heat exchanger. I will be moving the wire to under the hose to hide it for a neater job soon.
Damn, that looks like a nice set-up. So perhaps the stock Coyote can be pushed past 18lbs of boost and keep it rolling with the max amount of cooling you can do. I'm nowhere near that amount of power and don't care to be, but it's awesome to see how far you guys are willing to go and get more and more power from these Coyote engines. My hats off to you.

JFC, I turn my back on the "Going for 500whp N/A" thread for a few weeks, and now it's the "Closing in on 1000whp FI" thread :D

Wow, that ESCULATED Quickly! lol Jk:lol:

I'm not pressing it any more. Actually I'm putting a 4' pulley on it for the street and when we start testing at the track. That should put me around 14-15 lbs. When I get that down the track, I will turn it up.

Wow, so the NA CS3s seem to work well with boost too! did you still end up going with the 4:09 gears? I cant see real well from my computer but what are you revving out too? Upgrade springs?

7800 and then 8000. Lund stated he had no problem with taking it higher, but beware.... and I didn't want to push it anymore.....

No upgraded springs.... and yes it has 4.09 gears in it.

Lund was not able to solve the issue with 4.09 gears and high revving with AT - after 15 or more revisions we finally gave up
and took a different route. It was hitting the limiter on high rpm power 1-2 shift.

Funny thing after hitting the limiter PCM would use a different ignition table and command only 20 degrees of timing or so.
Lund was not able to provide any answer for this problem as well...

I reckon this might be the reason they tuned yours to stay under 8000 rpm. How's your 1-2 shift? Any problems?

I have a manual Magnum XL. When I was NA I would bump the limiter at 8400 and it would kill timing. So Lund set a soft limiter at 8400 and a hard limiter at 8600, which solved my problem, but that was because I was WOT shifts.

The new setup, I was the one that said 8000 is the limit.

Im wanting to do basically the NA setup that was had here. + 4.09's, May spray to get over that 10.9 hump. But mainly want to be able to scream at 8K +, but if 10's are close, might as well go for it.

So, you didn't run the springs with the NSR, and revved to 8400? I only caught bits and pieces. Tried to go through it but it became semantics and arguments, and the end is about swapping over to FI. LOL.

Also, track look familiar?

I did not run springs w the cams. With 4.09 and this setup, you should be able to hit 10z with a good tire.
I have been there a couple of times! Lol

Good luck!!

In hindsight, would you have considered a ported 18 mani?
