I'm trying to go E85 but can't decide which fuel system to run since it seems like everyone requires a return.

I'm looking into this one but didn't know if it is worth a crap or not..

https://www.beefcakeracing.com/lituning-fuel-return/

I have a 2018 whipple, 1050x, dw400 currently.

Any advice or guidance is appreciated I've read and read but would like some pick some brains before I end up going with a 2300 set up

Just curious, what are the limitations of your current setup with the pump and injectors? How much power are you currently making and how much are you looking to make? It’s been said that a BAP can be used up to a certain point, but most tuners don’t like to write tunes for blower cars with BAPs anymore because the end users might neglect to verify that their E85 ethanol content is at least 85% or higher. If you found a tuner that would be willing to tune your car on a BAP, that might do it for you. I recommend the JMS one, as it is supposed to support up to 1000 hp and it doesn’t stay on full time; only turns on when the throttle is at 50% or more.

Could be wrong but I think the BAP would get me where I'd like to end up low to mid 800whp but I don't know what remote tuners out there that are decent AND will let you run one.

I ran one in my 04 termi with a kenne bell for years and years with no issues.

I have a stage 2 3.0 whipple, 3.625 pulley, dw400, ID1050x, full exhaust with a 93 tune from Lund. Haven't dynod it yet but I imagine it's low 700s? Through 10 speed

I have the JMS one in my 2019 Bullitt and it made 639 rwhp on a 150 shot of nitrous with E85. If you add back in 11% for drivetrain loss, that puts me at 709 at the flywheel. When Lund tuned me for nitrous, they said the data log looked awesome.

@Walden1311 , what power goal are you after?

I would prefer to go with a traditionally routed setup on an 18+ that incorporates the HPFP.. whether that's through a traditional feed from a Y block or regulator will be up to your power goal.

https://www.lethalperformance.com/l...tang-gt-return-style-fuel-system-whipple.html

This kit is the former (Y block feed to HPFP) and our go-to for up to 900whp-ish. I am sure it could do more, but we prefer to place a first regulator in series for above that power (see https://www.lethalperformance.com/l...-style-fuel-system-whipple-superchargers.html)

We have forum discounts available and I'd be happy to either message you or talk on the phone about the pump/electronic options.. but to put it the easiest way:

267/274's for traditional 465's (twin support around 1000whp, triple around 1400whp)
285's for the check-valved hellcat pumps (twin support around 1100whp, triple around 1500-1600whp)*

Traditional harness is easily installed but less compact; box is completely plug and play and very compact.

Stainless or microglass filter suggested for E85.

Let us know, we'd be happy to earn your business.
