What is the opinion of:
Stabil Gas / stabilzer
Stabil Oil / stabilizer

For my GT350 / 2500 miles

I am in NYC area
It will be under a covered carport
Under a car cover
Outside w trickle charger

And as far as the trickle charger should I pull the batt
and maintain charge it indoors?

Thanks!

And if anyone else has any other advice on anything else to do I am all ears.

I like to disassemble things.
To minimize the potential fire hazard I would (and do) remove the battery and trickle charge it outside the vehicle.

Mine has been washed and getting ready to cover it for winter but something is keeping me from shutting it down. Hope to get 1 or 2 more decent days.

Been charging cars under covers without removing the battery for 20+ years. The only thing to keep in mind is to open the hood to let any vapors escape before starting it in spring. Maybe it is better to remove the battery but I don't bother.

Me too.
Had it out this weekend, total blast.
Sat night I went to bed, Mon AM there was SNOW on the ground.
Not enough for it to stay very long, but enough to make me say time to quit for winter.
I saw some salt trucks on the highway as well, another omen I'm afraid.

Anyway - back to my question - does anybody use those Stabil products or alternative?
I don't put it in my Ariens snow blower and that thing starts first pull, 6 years old.

I used it for the 2 years I had my previous '13 GT500, but am not sure how good it is... Upon starting her up in spring, I felt it lacking on power until the first tank of fresh gas... YMMV.

I am tempted to not put in any this year in the GT350, it's also not a forced induction engine like the GT500 was, so octane numbers matter, but not to the same degree...

I'm in east coast as well.

Will drive my GT350 to the ground. I can never understand why people keep their car in storage. I could never do it regardless of my financial situation.

The "itch" is so strong:)

Well if it works in Montreal, maybe I will try in Jersey. LOL
I know how cold it is up that way, been there during winter, eye opener.

Do you use the Oil and Gas Stabil, or just gas?

And BTW, are you a Montreal GP attendee. Been there more times than I can count.
I remember seeing René Arnoux, Gilles, and all the rest back when they drove 1000 HP gas tanks with wheels.

I took a last drive for this year and washed her yesterday. I full her up, put the stabilizer and hooked up a battery tender. Now is cover up in the garage resting for the winter. I can't wait to wake her up in April.
