I’ve driven a Tesla and while they are confortable cars, we still have a range issue.

Yes, these are the trips that average American does every day. Not even speaking about average European, those guys do it twice a day. ;-)

Yes, range is an issue for long trips. That's why if you carefully read my post, I've said majority. Not all. You all try really hard to come up with the situation where EV isn't superior, which ironically proves my point.

Quieter , faster (for those that care - should speak to this forum members), requires far far less maintenance (I have trauma every time I watch "Just rolled into" YT channel - highly recommend for entertainment) especially that most car owners are fairly ignorant on that. You pick.

They get you from point A to point B with no effort. That's what people use cars for. Even most of us here either keep their cars in the garage or spend months agonizing about mods just to drive to get groceries.

Most people can only afford a stage 1 and 2. Which take hours sometimes up to 10. Stop thinking that majority of people are so well off they can afford a level 3. Serious misstep on your part. You’d have to drive and find a fast charger first off to “fast charge” your car for only 200 miles and that still a 15 min wait. But hey keep thinking that it takes minutes for an at home or anywhere else charge other then a Tesla super charging station.

Complete rubbish. 10-12 hours for a complete charge - what from a generator in the back yard powered by a donkey.

Yes you need infrastructure and rapid chargers for long distances, but as you know (if you bothered to check) the average journey length in the US is 11 miles (slightly more than the UK 9 miles). So for MOST people MOST of the time EV's work just fine.

Hello; Read for comprehension. He is not saying 10-12 hours for a single fast charge. Pretty sure he means he would have to stop to charge many times with each charge being a fast charge of some amount of time. I figure he is talking the cumulative time to charge for the entire trip.
