Glue or Adhesive for interior?

Hello,

I am trying to see what is the best type of glue I can use for gluing my dome light housing back to my headliner? Was installing led lights and the dome latches broke and the housing is now loose.

Personally I'd never try to glue anything to the headliner. One, it's just not that sturdy and, two, it's likely to start the fabric to start separating.
I'd bite the bullet and get a new light. More expensive but far better in the long run.

Just buy another dome light assembly off eBay.

There's a thread on here about the 2018+ dome assemblies having different securing clips which makes it harder to remove from the roof. You're not the first to break those tabs.
