Man, I am about 500 hundred miles in with a hpde thrown in and these b**ches will not turn green. Even tried the 65 for 10 mins and backing off the throttle a few times. Nuttin!!! Should it take this long. Weather getting colder this neck of the woods can only make it harder. Stickers have officially expired :(

My Bad. Was venting --- Car is failing inspection because three monitors are not switching to ready (cat, 02 and H02). The car has to go through a drive cycle to get the final monitor to become ready, and it can take awhile to happen. Found another thread after posting and it appear that 02 spacers can do the trick.

Did you reinstall your cats?
No, I was told I wouldnt have to. Using mak cat deletes. My exhaust is a full 3 inch setup so hoping to not have to figure a way to mate up with cats.

Was my thinking incorrect?

Your rear O2 sensor are probably disabled in your tune. Have your tuner enable them and run spacers.

The chance of passing with no cats is slim to none,if u get some high flow cats and use the spacers u have a chance but not garunteed.

I've seen people report that the O2 and catalyst obd2 monitors set to "ready" with the proper spacers. The car will not pass a sniffer though so it all depends on the testing protocols of your state.

My tune supposedly has them on and I can't get O2 and HO2 to go green. Everything else does and I've driven a good 4,000 miles of city/highway mixed driving. I've got catted headers, but no spacers on the O2's.

I'm going to do some O2 diagnostics this weekend with a scanner before I go back to Lund.

Here is what mine looks like with catted headers and about 5,000 miles while tuned. I think I can still pass with two red, but I'll have to double-check.

Good luck... I put spacers on last night. Putting about 200 and a drive cycle this weekend. Really hoping it works. Weather is getting cold here in the NE.

Note to others who may have this issue. Find your solution a few months before inspection. I am now driving in the danger zone lol
