GEN2 Voodoo High Pitched noise

Hello all, first time posting here.

Recently my car has developed a high pitched squealing noise between 5000 and 5500 rpm (approximately). It does not have this sound when revving in neutral, only when under load. It happens regardless of what gear I'm in.

Has anybody experienced this or have any idea what it is? My first thought was a belt, but I figured I drop my question here as well just in case.

Gen 2? Its the same engine with a few different parts. Ford doesn't list a Gen 1 vs Gen 2 engine, lol [/rant]

Its probably your transmission sandwich plate.
