Car will be ESS G3 supercharged and looking for 675-725rwhp.
What platform would be better as far as performance/reliability/etc. Car will be mostly just a street car with very rare trips to the track. Any and all opinions and mod ideas welcome

Personally, id go with a gen 2. The 6r80 will hold up better to FI. Not to say the 10r can't be made to hold the power but at those whp goals, I doubt the 10r will live a long life.

10r80 stays in the powerband better, which is pretty important for a centri since they make more boost with more RPM. Should hold up fine at those power levels.

Gen 3 for sure; 10R80 has aftermarket support now to handle high HP applications. Reach out to Terry @beefcake
