Gauge display going dark,

Coming home tonight my gauge display went dark twice just for couple seconds each time
exterior lights were fine radio kept playing.when got home checked battery at 12.5v and alernator at 14 thought maybe the car was shedding accessories to save power
Is there a button or switch on the dash that turns display on and off or even adjusts brightness. But its going totally dark.dealer wont help cause it's Intermittent
Guess I'll have to see if it stays dark.any thoughts would be helpful.its 2019gt pp1 totally stock with 7000miles on it

i have a 19 gt with the factory digital dash and mine has shut off once now .

i've heard reports of the same and have been dreading it happening on my '21. KNOCK ON WOOD i've been ok so far but yeah there's a lot of people who had the digital dash just blank out for a second while driving then come back

Yes. Mine is a 19 and I've owned it since April of 23 with 50k on it. I have 63k on it now. I read 19s have the issue and I thought I saw something of a service bulletin.

I cam across this fix.i don't want to make things worse then bringing it to dealer. It's called a soft reset on sync3.has anyone tried it
