It's been well documented here that the visor garage opener that comes up premium Mustangs doesn't always function great.

Has anyone had success in increasing the range - even a little? I can open my apartment garage when leaving but haven't been able to trigger it outside without a dedicated remote.

Any ideas to improve the range even by 5 feet could solve it for me.

I haven't had any problem and it will operate the door from the street which is at least 75-100' or more.

I have mixed performance from mine. I have the left button programmed to one door and the middle button to the other. Left button has pathetic range while I can open the other door from a convenient distance. I have Sommer openers which do not have any external antenna wire. Really like to extend the range if possible.

my range sucks as well, I litterely have to be in front of the Door, my other cars I can easily do from 100ft way. I have een contemplating replacing rear view mirror with new mirror with homelink built in.

I have no issue at all to 30' (as that's all I need), as a matter of fact it's a farther range than the fob issued with the garage door.
