Your a light use person I'd suspect then.

I pull transmissions, not easy on a 4 post.

Suspension work, much easier on a 2 post.
Not sure what you consider light use. I build engines, rebuild engines, rebuild transmission, rebuild rear ends, and swap all those items with a 4 post. The only time the 4 post is at a disadvantage is when the engine drops out from the bottom.

I just finished my install tonight!

And then the air over hydraulic rolling jacks.

Very nice.

I had a Bendpak 4 post for a couple years, from 2003-2006 but my driveway alignment sucks. I have a somewhat tight L-shaped driveway/garage entrance and if there's another car in the driveway it's either impossible to get a good angle to get on a lift, or it takes a 95 point turn. ;)

My next house will have the garage doors directly facing the street or a longer straight driveway with high ceilings and hopefully more than the "standard" 20-22' depth.

Looks like a few of you added footings under the posts...I have heard both, don't need and better do.

I'm building a shop right now and am buying an extra 20 yards of cement to run the driveway deom a different direction just to have a straight shot in for this reason. Eventually I will get a 4 post lift. Also have a wide area out from for washing cars etc. Hopefully the weather holds out and the slab will be poured Monday.

You don't need to. My concrete was so unlevel in this old shop I had to pour three to match the high corner. LOL

Tomorrow I will get the shelby up and likely put the 15 under the lift and the cobra next to the lift.

Did you used to prowl the GT500 Forum? Your screen name is ringing a bell all of a sudden...Yeah the 14-GT500 is scary to drive as a daily driver...well when you are stupid like me it's scary...thus the 2015 GT, much tamer...

Love the lift you have, I will need one of those now...ARGH!

Just on SVTP.

I hear ya, the 13/14 Shelbys are just nuts. My 15 feels like a nice cushy vagina car in comparison.

What type of flooring is that and where did you get it? It looks like you have some that is perforated that allows for water to drain?
