Full Sync 3 Video Tutorial

I was looking around youtube trying to find more on the GT350, and i stumbled upon this hour long video all about the new sync 3 system. it is not in a mustang, but will be the same. it goes over everything it will have and i found it very informative. if you would like to see it, i found it at [ame]

I see they couldn't be bothered to hire a UI designer. :(

It does look responsive though at least. The transitions are smoothish. My biggest hope is that they don't let the system stagnate like Microsoft did with the prior generations of Sync. The bugs that just lingered there for seemingly forever sucked. I'm not sure if this system was outsourced or made by a team internal to Ford, but anything has to be better than the last "partnership".

gosh it's soooo ugly lol. I'm just happy at least MFT can do backgrounds! Pretty cool having whatever I want on it. Overall I'm still glad I didn't wait on sync3

If you go to youtube you will see demos that provide a much better view of the screen (not washed out like this one with less than optimum picture clarity). The thing I like about this demo is it is better organized and in more detail than anything else on youtube. Thanks for posting.

IMHO it looks awesome. Uncluttered. Fast. Easy to navigate. Love the iPhone integration. Can't wait to use it.

I thought that SYNC 3 was going to replace SYNC starting on the 2016 models. I have a feeling that getting a SYNC 3 module will be harder than finding a GT350 at MSRP

i think it works great. the UI can be updated im sure, so long as enough people say its ugly

The main thing --- in addition to the speed and upgraded capacitive touch screen --- is that the software will update over wifi in the 2016 models. These things are not included in the 2015s. This was exactly why I waited for the 2016 MY.

That said, I'm tired of waiting! I ordered mine in May. :headbonk:
