Deployment=Groundhog's Day. So this helps break the monotony. That and my futile attempt at finding a R. It would be really awesome if you can hit the magical 520whp and get a true 100whp/Liter car. Might need to up the RPMs, different intake mani, or something else for that. We shall see. Either way, you'll definitely be putting down more. Put on the JLT intake tonight if it's not already on!

I'm not installing the JLT because I'm looking to give true power results with just the headers and exhaust only. I'll take the JLT with me. If I have time I'll install it at the dyno cell. I really wish I had time for a few E85 pulls. I'm sure the headers, tune and e85 and JLT would net 600 crank hp.

Hey Scott, Lund told me that their tune would auto adjust for the changes on the exhaust side, but adding the CAI would require a tweak. When you add the tune you may need to idle a bit and do a couple 3-4k holds to be sure you are at the best timing values before you hit the dyno run.

I like the lund so far and the learning seems pretty aggressive. If I baby the car in 6th on the highway going home I swear the first full runs in third off the highway are mild, by the time i am at my second or third turn the car is pulling like a raped ape. I wonder if closing the mufflers in 6th adjusts the tune a bit?

trying a tank of e85 this weekend. Good luck!

Yeah that's correct. I talked to John last week about this same subject lol. I also have the long tube cat less -JLT tune-flex fuel tune. I have the long tube catless-non JLT (stock cai) tune and flex fuel tune and also a separate ghost cam tune.

You went with 30 sidewall correct? Do me a favor and get a before and after ride height measurement. 90 percent sure I'm going with 30S AND R springs all the way around but we have some shit pavement over here.

I have R front and rear springs, 11x19 FORGELINE GA1R open lugs with Michelin 305/30ZR19 pilot sport cup 2 front and rear. I also have BMR rear IRS cradle and diff bushings, lower toe links, vertical links, lower control arm bearings and ford toe bearings, BMR adjustable sway bar links. Waiting for Vorshlag camber plates to be to market and in my hands before I install any suspension pieces. I want to do it all at once. And also install my GT350R red calipers. Once I finish the dyno pulls I'll tear into it.

But 7/8" vs 3/4" doesn't really mean more power with FI either. It's a lot more complex than that. It's about overall power levels, desired application, compression, head design, and bore and stroke. FI vs NA is just a fraction of the entire equation.
Well, frankly. FI(turbo) will make more power with a larger freer flowing exhaust (at least downstream of the turbine. Upstream you want smaller primaries to accelerate the flow and spin up the turbine as quickly as possible) system,be it long tube or not. NA needs the scavenging effects of a properly designed system. Too much flow(larger diameter) kills some of the backpressure that in a NA motor needs to perpetuate that "scavenging". That is a very simplistic explanation of course.
