We run our Lethal Performance fuel systems with DivisionX and Aeromotive components on all of our Lethal shop cars with great success. Pre-made PTFE hose and have two different options for wiring. All of these systems are top notch and a fraction of the cost of the competition. Many of the well known racers in the community with high HP cars run our systems as well.

Both Lund Racing and Palm Beach Dyno recommend our systems so they are tuner friendly.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions and we'll be glad to assist you.

Wait, wut ? Lol. If you ask Alejandro Flores from LUND racing, the vain in his forehead starts pulsing, he pulls the mic closer to him, and he yells " FORE INNOVATIONS FUEL SYSTEM. FORE INNOVATIONS FUEL SYSTEM. FORE INNOVATIONS FUEL SYSTEM. " Haha.

thats because fore is a fuel system company, they make fuel systems and they make the best fuel systems.

i sell parts, and i like to sell the best parts. i get everyone wanting to do "branding" to create something that can only be bought for them. i could easily buy a bunch of miscellaneous stuff , call it my own, and make more profit. but when you have such great stuff out there, why not sell the great stuff and give the end user a great experience.

they also stand 100% behind their product, and everything other than the lines and pumps are made in house, except for maybe a couple odd fittings.

same goes with tuning, i could easily hire a full time tuner with what we pay lund, but why would i want to, they are the best, i'd rather make less, and sell the best tune on the market.

let the experts do what they do, and let me take care of the logistics and build sheets!!!

And this is why team beefcake racing is the best Mustang aftermarket parts/service supplier bar none.

The OEM bucket is tiny and the syphon system is barely more than a trickle. For mortal power levels it's probably okay, but for something that could potentially be drinking 700+ liters/hour, it still presents a possibility that under the right conditions, the bucket can be depleted and the pumps starved. (hence why most of the fuel manufacturers and tuners recommend never mashing on less than 1/2 tank).

You have 2 sending units and they average to yield your fuel level. If you're at a 1/4 tank reading on the fuel gauge (1/4 on each side) and you turn hard at all to the left (or take any sort of left leaning curve) the fuel can and does rush up and over to the passenger side. That means you still have 1/4 tank, but most of it's on the non pump side.

The only place you can find ANY data anywhere about the syphon system flow is from Radium and they've measured it to be around 40 l/h. So while the pumps are pushing fuel, they're expending some of their effort to suck from the other side (like a small leak in the pumps by the way) and combined with a tiny fuel bucket, it won't take long at all (couple seconds) to suck the bucket nearly dry if the fuel is mostly on the passenger side.

Again, even at N/A power levels, GT350 guys have well documented (on Trackmustangsonline) the frustrations about power loss coming out of longer left turns. At those power levels, the motor just chokes a bit.

At big boy power levels, with boost and IAT's, etc, it's risking bad outcomes with the motor (again, why most fuel system companies say, don't go low on the fuel level).

The only way to fully resolve that is to have a reservoir surrounding the pumps that can withstand a full WOT send for several seconds and/or actively PUMP the fuel to the reservoir as replacement. That's where a surge tank comes in or some lift pumps instead of a puny siphon system.
If you have a bucket on each side with a return fuel system the returning fuel will keep the buckets full and level out the fuel tank quickly

Pumping from the passenger side is not a surge tank.

putting a pump on the other side is not a surge tank.
A surge tank is a separate tank that holds the big fuel pumps and you use the stock in tank pump to feed it.
I guess technically what you said is a surge tank but the fuel can still slosh over.

That is a proper surge tank
This is the only way to properly solve the fuel surge problem. I run a TT on a road course and have tried everything, including a pump in the passenger side. At the end of the day, the only way to reliably ensure the pump inlet always sees fuel is with a good surge tank.

Use the OEM fuel pump and hat to supply the surge tank and then run your double / triple pumps from the surge tank. My surge tank is in the trunk corner driver side.

Definitely not a popular option, but the DW440 brushless fits in the stock bucket, has the venturi jet integrated, and should support right at 1000 rwhp on E85 if used with a boost-a-pump. No return line needed. It can also be controlled by the factory pressure-control strategy in the ECM.

I personally had a couple of bad experiences with "staged" fuel systems because you don't know the 2nd one is marginal or has failed until you need it and it's too late. With a single pump, there are signs there is a problem and you can usually fix it before smoking an engine.
Mike I was always under the impression the brushless pumps needed a controller. At one time injector Dynamics was testing one but the damn thing was the size of a suitcase!!!

This is 100% true on a hard driven road course car. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Jackson1320 brought up having a bucket and pumps in each side of the tank. How much of a pita would this be to wire up. I kind of like this idea. I wonder what the electrical load would be. I’m also curious with 4 pumps not having to have a hug boost would it actually lessen the electrical load vs 2/3 pump system.

The brushless pump is basically an AC motor that needs a variable frequency drive (VFD) to vary the speed. The dw440 comes with it and it’s only 3.5” x 2.5”; roughly the size of a small boost a pump.

We just made 4 digits today on our 2020 GT500 using our Lethal Performance fuel system with DivisionX components on e85. Drop in fuel pump solution which only replaced the driver side. Drove the car to and from the dyno and it works flawless.

There’s now need to mess with the passenger side tank at all as the aftermarket system works just like stock. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it..
