Those dimples are cause by injection molding sink. It happens most commonly with inconsistent wall thickness of the part or uneven pressure and temperature. Basically the outer "skin" of the piece cools before the inner core cause this to happen. So unless they fix their mold and process it will remain on the pieces. Of course QC issues may allow some to pass by according to tolerances that are set by the manufacturer and client.

So unless they address the issues with the facility producing the parts it will be on most if not all parts.
It's probably considered a non issue, because when they put on the emblems, they'll be covered up.

Probably the same thing as the little dimples on the front bumper where the license plate bracket goes. I doubt ford racing made a completely new mold for this panel.

The front bumper has small piercings, this is much more of a depression.

I thought the point of these were to have no emblems.

Right for most I think that is true. But I am getting the Coyote Badge and that apparently doesn't cover the holes from the GT badge. If it's gonna have dimples anyway, I am not sure I want to spend $100 for something that will have imperfections anyway. I can figure out a way to cover the old badge holes.

Mine came with one that i ordered during black friday last year. Figured it was part of the molding process.

I could live with evenly spaced/centered dimples, but this is a random one left/center/high in the panel.

Right, but they pull these panels before the holes get drilled for the badges.

They are on my OE panel, look like marks from the mold ejectors. Some are likely more noticeable than others depending on how hot the mold is running at any given time, the exact composition of the plastic & temp it was injected at, how new the ejectors are, how "sticky" the mold is (they have to be resurfaced as they age).
