I haven't posted an actual diagram but if you read the first posts I explain how to wire all together :)

But it might be a bit different as Papinist's solution if you take the Diode Dynamics product. To summarize, you need :

 • DRL mode -> Plug the wire to a switched +12v (in our case, the wipers motor)
 • Parking mode -> Plug the wire to the (+) cable of the parking lights
 • Turn signal -> Plug the wire to the (+) cabke of the turn signal light
 • Ground -> Plug the wire to a ground (in my case, directly to the batterie's ground)

Right! You summarized correctly the wiring.. IIRC I had an added +12v wire.

In the product instructions does not say that you have to connect to +12v.
I add the attached instruction file....

Guys, I used the Installation Guide included with the product, which is the same that pacomicro attached above, using the t-tap connectors included. Straight forward and fast. No need to plug any wire to a switched +12v (such as the wipers motor). I simply plugged the RED wire of the pigtail to the DRL wire, the WHITE to the PARKING wire, the YELLOW to the TURN SIGNAL wire and the BLACK to the GROUND wire of any light nearby, using the t-tap connectors.

ATTENTION: The only modification for European cars is that RED is for DRL and WHITE for PARKING lights.

Doing the above gives you fully functional switchback DRL boards! :D

The one Bazzie is referring to is the 'unnamed' mod with his led boards, that needs an additional switched +12v.

OK Stefano. What I am describing is the DD Switchback DRLs. I thought that pacomicro had those installed. :headbonk:

Thanks to all.

Tomorrow is the big day, I hope to do everything well thanks to your advice ;)

pacomicro out of curiosity, are you installing DRL boards from Diode Dynamics, or are you using the "other" alternative?

Don't worry, it's relatively easy to do the whole process. I thought the worst part is the removal of the front bumper, but even this is not that hard if you use papinist's guide! Also below you can find a couple of links relevant to that:

I'm going to install these https://www.diodedynamics.com/store/catalog/product/view/id/23832/s/2015-2016-ford-mustang-switchback-drl-led-boards/category/1474/#!prettyPhoto

Are they the same as you have put?

Yes these are the ones I installed. I asked a professional to do the installation for me, as I was not feeling very comfortable doing it on my own the first time. But I saw the whole process and now I can do it on my own if I have to.

Be careful, the red wire of the pigtail goes to the DRLs and the white to the parking lights. The diagram on the installation guide is for US cars. If you need help, you can contact Diode Dynamics in this forum (http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/member.php?u=9987). They are very helpful!

Good luck!

They are definitely the best tribar version, even better than US stock. They are the only one where you don't see the 5 led spots at all on parking light or DRL. Absolutely perfect.

The only little quirk is that you have to unplug the oem parking lights in the lower bumper, otherwise the tribar parking lights will flicker when the engine is running (so you see them flickering when the normal lights are on).
