I have the stock 255/40/19 Pirelli tires, but want to have wider tires in the back could I go 275/35/19? Sorry not that good with tires

A 275 will fit onto the stock wheel, it's going to bulge a bit but will work just fine.

A 275/35 is shorter than a 255/40. That would look weird IMO. If anything, go with a 275/40.
