First post!
I've been searching all day on this site and others and can't get an exact answer nailed down.
I've picked up a set of Welds for my new-to-me 2015, 17x5 and 17x10. I am looking at running a 28" DR out back, a 305/45R17 probably MT ET Street S/S. I can see that it is acceptable and maybe even desirable to run a smaller tire up front like a 26x6, but I am trying to figure out if I should! Normal intuition would say to match the diameters, but 28" in front seems big. Are there reasons for or against doing 26" and 28" for front/rear? Any issues with the computer (ABS, etc.)? This is not a DD, but still want it set up properly (within reason with skinnies) for the street as that is where it will see the most time. What have others done on these newer cars?
Thanks for any help.
