Front license plate bracket

Hey everyone, new here. I have a 20 GT premium w/pp. Looking for a decent aftermarket front license plate bracket. Got stopped and got a warning today. Don't want the factory lp holder installed. Also don't want to talk to the popo anymore about this. CJ PONY has one, but it's 90 bucks plus shipping. At that price, shipping should be free. Who has one?

Kind of tangential, but I'm curious, where in Texas are you? In my 14.5 years of driving plateless around here, I've been warned 2-3 times, but nothing more came of it. I hate dealing with cops as much as the next guy, but I don't think they care very much here about front plates (at least in Dallas and Austin, anecdotally). It's just something they might mention if they already had another reason to pull you over... or if they needed an excuse to pull you over.

Even if you get a ticket, it's just a "fix-it" ticket, and I believe you can just pay a small fine and go along with your day, unless something has changed since late 2006 when I last got one of those.

I would highly recommend the ZL1 Addons license plate. Pricier but worth it. You can remove the plate and replace with a tow hook. The install requires removing the number but I had a freshly painted GT350 front end installed and didn’t want anything touching that front end after. This is perfect.

Just put 3m tape and padding on the back and put it on your bumper lol. No need to buy over priced plastic.

Same question. Dealer didn't isntall front license plates was wondering if there is a clip on option that doesn't require drilling in the bumper.

Do not like brackets that go under the spoiler. Way to easy to get damaged. I had the Craig’s and it mounts almost where the factory bracket goes.

By the way the Amazon bracket is not made for the Mustang. The one on American Muscle is. The Craig’s is worth $7 more.
