- Looking at that side by side the lights aren't in the same position. One reason they may use those lights is that the GT350 doesn't have fog lights, and the Mach 1 is designed for the fog lights to be in the grille.
Still, doesn't negate the fact that you may need 15 - 17' wiring. The reason I'm leaning towards this is a thread on someone doing an OEM GT350 conversion of the front end (from a '19): https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/oem-gt350-front-conversion.131687/
They said they needed a new wiring harness (which part? I couldn't get a part # and don't know enough about the wiring to really get what they mean) and considering A) the headlights/fog/marker lights are the only electronics involved in that swap and B) the headlight part of the wiring harness is the same: https://www.americanmuscle.com/ford-headlight-wire-harness-1516.html, the trouble must be with the fog light part of the wiring.
However, as said the bumper itself would be a direct swap. It's likely safe to say at the most, you'd need:
Belly pan - Fender liner
- Front marker lights
- Wiring harness from 15-17' for front market/fog lights
