Has anyone removed their chrome GT350 emblems ? I ask as some low life tried while I was in church no less this morning. The emblem is not only adhesive backed, it is pinned to the quarter panel. (mumble ..... mumble)
So now I need to make a choice, replace the broken one or, remove the other one from the left fender.

What kind of nerd (almost) steals a fender badge?

I swapped my GT badges for black, they are a shit to get off and this is underneath :

If you take them off, your only going to have to put something in their place ... :like:

You are kind with your description of the thief.
I meant that, among thieves, he would be called a nerd for trying (and failing) to steal a GT350 fender badge. Still a POS regardless.

Well, he had part of the equation right... he went to church, but failed to go in.

Will pray for your sanity... and his salvation.
At least the perp didn't fubar the fender or the paint. Either he was scared off or gave up when he realized the emblem is pinned.

I think time was on your side.

They are not quick to get off and as much as I wanted to save my badges, there was no chance they were coming off in one piece.

Add both of those things together and I reckon that’s why he walked away - He won’t want to get caught and he won’t want a broken souvenir - I don’t think the same guy will try again ... :like:
