Forscan issue

First time using forscan, I have my obdlink MX and it connected. It's doing it's module scan and seems to be stuck at Found Module IPMA image processing module A.

Its not 1-1 since its for f150 but this is as good as you'll get:

Maybe try running program as administrator? Just a shot in the dark, I had issues with connection until I did this. Make sure the drivers are up to date to. I also had to install newest drivers from:

i have the mx and it works fine. are you connected to internet on laptop?

Yes the laptop is on the interet, house wifi.

I recommend always reaching out to their support if you have connection issues. Can't hurt.

I had a similar issue and they sent me a test build 3 days later. They said they had to add a serial number to the database. That fixed my connection issue.
