Forscan device?

I saw a video on YouTube where a guy used forscan to clear the factory eq settings on his shaker system. According to his video this improved the sound of his system with aftermarket speakers.
I’d like to do the same and am familiar with tuners like Superchips and Diablosport and I also have an Xtool odb tool.
I have no familiarity with forscan. Can I run it in my android based xtool? Or do I need a specific odb interface for it?

Depends on how you want to Run it, for PC use I found the hardwire OBDLink EX works great (switches seamlessly between HS-CAN, MS-CAN, and J1850 Ford networks). You will need the PC version to change factory eq settings etc.

I Also have the OBDLink MX+ BT adapter for use with ForScan Light on IPad/Iphone.
