It's not wrong. It's just pitiful.
Formula 1 used to be a men's sport. Now it's become a game for little boys who cry for mommy when things get hard. Oh well... I guess things are bound to change over time whether I like it or not. The days of Fangio or Lauda are gone for good. :frown:
That's because the grid girls are gone and they all a bunch of mega rich spoiled video game nerds.

WRC is where the fun is now.

Honestly, I think Yuki should stay at Racing Bulls. That car suits him better. The 2nd Red Bull car is a career ender. Nobody can seem to keep up to Max in that car. Honestly if Red didn’t have Max, they’d be a midfielder.

Qualifying for the GP seemed better for Mclaren with some adjustments. It got windier so Ferrari placed 4/5. Mclaren still the dominant car. Faster than Lewis yesterday and in windier conditions.

Might be better to swap Tsunoda and Max and anyone for Lawson. Based on how Lawson did compared to Tsunoda at RB and where he qualified in the RB compared to in the Red Bull, I think the RB may be the better car at this time. Red Bull is not going to win the constructors so might as well move Max back and forth all year based on best car at the moment and have a chance for the driver championship. 😄

Hello; for those who did not see the 2025 race at Australia there is a way to see it. As I sit just now the F1 channel is showing the race and have been for the last day or so. It is nearly a week late of course. The F1 Channel has been showing all the practice sessions plus the qualifying and the main race.
Last week I watched on ESPN thru Direct TV and did not get to see all the pre-race stuff. This week ESPN on Direct TV did not show the sprint race. Maybe i will get it next week.

I bought a Roku box for $90 around three months ago so I am getting the F1 channel on Roku. I got a new to me internet service last fall and had good enough service to use a streaming box. So far I am pleased with the offerings. I hung onto the Direct TV (DTV) to be able to get the F1 races but the Roku costs nothing beyond the initial expense of buying the box. An additional benefit being the announcers are different and, to me, easier on the ear.

I do have one feature with DTV which is i can have their box set to record the races. That way I can watch at my leisure. I do not yet know how to record of the Roku and have to watch when it is broadcast. Any suggestions.

It was not a good day for Ferrari.
Hello; I assume you refer to LH being DQ'd and the other car running with a broken wing. They must have decided to run LH's car too close to the ground so as to get more speed/grip and wore out the plank too much. Bad news for Ferrari fans but the rest of us are not upset. A while before the season started, I asked if Ferrari could field a fast car and also manage races. Managing a race is still the question. Having teammates damage a front wing does not help either.

As has been expected for some time The McLarens are the fast cars so far.

It seems the RB is a back of the field car for Lawson and top five for Max. Almost like the last few years with max far outdriving his teammate.

Hamilton and two others face disqualification after technical infringements

Lewis Hamilton is facing a race disqualification for the skid wear on his car. The thickness of the rearmost skid was found to be under the 9mm minimum thickness and has now been referred to the FIA stewards. He will appear before them at 19:15 local time. “

“The technical delegates' report revealed that Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly's cars were underweight after the conclusion of the Chinese Grand Prix. Car #16 and #10 have been referred to the stewards. Their final weights were 799.0 kgs, 1.0 under the limit.”

Hello; found a bit more. Seems both Ferraris are going to be dinged.

Great day for McLaren. I really like Oscar. All of the rookies did a presentable job staying out of trouble. It's been fun to watch them. Continued bad luck for Fernando. And Ferrari? Oh never mind. :crying:

The double DQ for Lewis and Charles reminds me of the USGP when they both got DQ’d for plank wear on a sprint weekend. The only good thing that they can takeaway is Lewis won the sprint.
