yes, possible pump is bad, possible fuse is blown from the battery to the controller, possiblly something internal in the conroller popped

Swap the plugs from the first and second pump to test that theory. IF that fixes the issue then your primary pump is dead and you should replace it.I know this is a old thread but after searching I came across this topic. I have dual Fore system with the controller and the car died on me at the gas station. It would not startup at all and had no fuel pressure. Got it home via towing and started my diagnosis. I switched over to the yellow/gray wire on the factory FPDM from the purple/green. The car fired up but will die after about 10 minutes. The crazy thing is that with fuel pressure the car will crank over and run. Without any fuel pressure, it will not even crank over at all. My car is a ā18 6-speed manual that has made 980 RWHP with the Gen5 as well. Is it possible that the one pump that is wired to run all the time is going bad? The 2nd pump is wired to the Hobbs switch supplied by Fore.
I did that and the strange thing about that is that the second pump made the car really growl and loud like it used to be like with the first pump that was originally connected to pump 1. When the car would start with pump 1 before it would be loud as crap on start up but recently it wouldnāt be so loud like it used to be. I swapped the pumps around and it is loud as shi again. Makes me wonder. I mean damn I thought these pumps were the shi. Almost wished I would have kept my Sai Li kit now.Swap the plugs from the first and second pump to test that theory.
