I have searched on this subject here and on Google and I found a couple of things but not an answer. Hope this is the right area for this as it’s Bluetooth. My FordPass app hasn’t updated since June 14 and I don’t know how to make it update. It has wrong mileage on the tank a gas and I’m sure the oil life is also wrong at this point. Am I not connected somehow? Anybody else had this issue and fixed it please let me know.

That doesn’t work for me. It’s still dated June 14. I’m wondering if it’s because my car is in an underground garage and the phone can’t see it. But that doesn’t make sense since I was at work all day and I had all day to update.

Delete your car then add it again.

You are talking about the date at bottom right? But that shouldn’t be issue as long as the one I circle in red is up to date. My oil life and mileage still match my car

Right. I think the date listed on the FordPass app is the time your app last got updated info from Ford's servers, and is (unfortunately) not related to the the time Ford's servers last got updated info from the car.

So I think the problem in this case is between your phone/app and Ford servers, and not the car. I'd try reinstalling the app to see if it helps.

Mine stopped oil life in January, but everything else still works. Ill try deleting it, just havent worried about it too much lol.
