Installing Ford racing street Springs on my PP 2015 Mustang GT on Tuesday. My car only has 5,000 miles on it so I think my dampers should be fine. Just looking for the drop. Ford will be doing the install an alignment. Anything else I should consider ?thank you.

Steeda clutch-assist spring (if manual), 2 or 4 point kmember brace, IRS braces, shock mounts, and lightweight wheels with great tires; in that order as time/funds allow :thumbsup:

Your g2g. The Ford 5300-X springs were designed to be used with the PP dampers and is what comes in Ford's street handling kit. PP shocks / struts with 5300-X springs.

The drop in the front is a little less than an inch and it seemed about the same out back possibly a bit less than the front. View attachment 330497

according to Ford Performance, the M 5300-x spring has a different rating from the stock Performance Pack, stiffer as well as a 1" drop. they are a good match to the PP shock/strut package. I added the 5300-x to my PP system as well as Steeda swaybars...very good street setup.
recently added Steeda chassis stiffening which only made it better. considering Steeda adjustable shocks/rear mounts next suspension upgrade.
point of reference: a great suspension mod is always a set of light wheels. the first thing I always do. be aware that the Ford PP wheels weigh about 34 lbs. you want better handling? reduce the wheel weight (unsprung)
quicker acceleration, better braking and definitely more responsive suspension dman

My springs came with a new yellow damper specificlly for that spring, you should use it. it takes 1 minute to install during the process...
