Ford Street Handling springs are very, very similar to Eibach Pro Kit and are progressive. Steeda Sport springs are linear. Drop is about the same. Ford Track springs are higher rate, though not sure about if they are linear or progressive.

Ford track springs are also progressive.

Steeda Sport and Ultralite are linear, the ultralite having a slight more of a drop and being 10% lighter, making them really the better solution, about 20% stiffer than stock PP springs.

What's the difference between linear and progressive?
Linear meaning the spring rate is same throughout the spring. Progressive is softer initially then stiffer later.
Progressive springs give smoother ride as well as stiff in the corners. Linear springs give more predictable and consistent corning behavior.

Sounds like linear is the way to go. Which 1 would u choose?
If your aim is handling and predictability always linear.
If your aim is smooth/soft ride when cruising with odd bit of corner carving at weekend, progressive.
