I sent a copy to their GM, Service director and the service manager.
I got a call first thing this morning apologizing and asking what they can do for me. But I don't want anything from them now. I'll just find another dealer, there's plenty around.

Dude was talking to himself... what's the big deal? I'm sure people say the same shit when you drive by, you just happened to catch it on camera. It's funny, and unless it affected the quality of work done while getting serviced I don't see a problem. I'd be in hot water if there was a camera recording what I said when I'm alone at work.
