I don't see anything wrong in this video. Are you that sensitive? Does he know you personally? Does it really matter what he says? It's a shame that you actually sent this to the GM since the guy didn't really do anything.

I swear never in my life have I seen people more that think it is OK for people who you are paying to do a job to be disrespectful and how dare anyone say anything to them or report them. More of this feel sorry and baby people stuff. This is complete BS you bought a vehicle and are paying for it they should treat you and your vehicle respectfully and professionally. Plain and simple this should also be posted to Ford Facebook page. Who cares that he didn't say it your face he said it plain and simple it is unprofessional plain and simple. People like this don't need to be behind the wheel of other peoples property

I'm sure there's lots of crap talk about people in Mustangs, it's nothing new. He did no harm, though I can see why you wouldn't want someone like him driving your car.

Either way, I'd be wary of recoding sound in your car if you're not present. It can be illegal in some states depending on the law (one-party consent, two-party consent, etc.).

I think his "get a life ***" comment was directed at himself.

I agree that it's pretty fucked up to send this to the GM. He didn't abuse your car and he was talking to himself in private, and didn't know he was being recorded. Did you expect him to bow as he approached it or something? Do you really think the dealership should try to dictate their service tech's private thoughts? It's not as if he said anything to your face or even to another tech.

What is the dealership supposed to do, tell all their techs "You must think good things about automatic Mustangs otherwise the customers will be offended!"

EDIT: This forum blocks *** but not fuck?

Wow you seriously ratted him out when he was only talking to himself? What a cry baby tattle tail you are.

I've had guys take a piece of gum and play with my train horns, but it's just harmless shit. You probably would of screaled your head off if this happened to you

This is how I imagine your reaction would be

You think that private moment was unprofessional? Stick your recording device in a doctor's office or nurse's station and see the things they say when someone else (not patients) can actually hear. Should they be reprimanded? Are they doing a bad job because they blow off some steam or get annoyed? Try the same thing with any other professional, the results will be the same. If they treat you badly to your face or do a poor job, that's entirely different. You paid them to work on your car, not think happy thoughts about you.

I'm sorry but this guy deserves every bit of what's coming. The dude is at work disrespecting customers and acting like a piece of shit. Sure, who cares what he says off duty, but at work is a different story.

Plus, this is probably one of those little bastards that run the piss out of your car and treat it like shit when you take it in for service.

After thinking about it, I see your guy's point. Yeah, he was just talking to himself privately, same as if he just quietly thought to himself. Not really causing harm there.

But, still doesn't change the fact that this guy is probably a POS anyway. I really do think this is one of those guys that beat on your car up because they don't like you or what you have.

Lol, no worries.

Sorry BBB but NOT spot on about the automatic. Wouldn't have your manual transmission. Maybe this lot tech can drive your car when your clutch takes a dump!

The guy was talking about a V6. You have a GT. Maybe he was venting about another customer. Leave the recording alone and you might sleep well at night.

FWIW, people tend to show off or get easily aggravated when they see a recording device is around. You may think its okay but at the end of the day you are likely the same person that would likely say "GET THAT CAMERA OUT OF MY FACE" when a camera is around. But that's not you right. You've never said don't take my picture when it's pointed at you because you LOVE being on camera.
