Anyone else having issues with Ford Pass since the new Apple 12.2 iOS update. Every time I try to open Ford Pass it just crashes.

Anyone else having issues with Ford Pass since the new Apple 12.2 iOS update. Every time I try to open Ford Pass it just crashes.
Nope.

IPhone XR w/ 12.2; Ford Pass works when opening it directly on the phone.

Is your crash occurring at the phone or are you trying to access it while the phone is plugged into SYNC?

Ford Pass just released an updated version of the app within the last 3 days, so if you have not updated the app on your phone, it could be the reason why it is crashing (not up to date to Ford’s most current software app revisions).

If you have updated the app, it can be possible your app got corrupted during d/l update.

Try doing this:
Hard boot the phone and let it reload everything. Try the Ford Pass app again and see if it works. If that still doesn’t work, delete the app off the phone and download it again.
